I chose them because they literally answered their phone. A few other places directed me to go online and make an appt. If I had the ability at that moment to go online I would have. A young man named Chet showed up at my house about an hour later. He thoroughly explained my issue and how to fix it. We came to an agreement as to how much it was going to cost me and he resolved my garage issues. The pricing was very fair and he was done in no time. I couldn’t have asked for a better tech than Chet who in my opinion went above and beyond for me.

Chet came and as I was explaining the problem, the garage door closed on its own. That was the problem opening and closing on its own. He recommended new opener and I was all for that. I also got the hardware package, might as well get it all done and done. Chet got it done fairly quickly and explained it all to me. I was very happy with the results and the professional installation. No more ghosts:>) The really amazing thing is how quiet the operation is with the belt opener and new rollers.

Just moved into a condo and a couple of days later garage door did not work. I made a call to Precision and they made appointment promptly. Chet S came out and explained the problem and helped me make the right decision. I replaced hardware to the door and got a new garage door opener. This is the quietest garage door ever and it has wifi in case the power goes out which has happened in the past. Highly recommendd him!

Called to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time and ready to perform the service. Their truck was pretty dingy and dirty but their staff was first rate. The did the job in a very professional manner and the pricing was fair and honest. They noticed the door was fairly old and suggested a new door with all new hardware. That wasn't in the cards for me that day but there was no problem. They installed 2 new torsion springs...a job that is anything but DIY! Tested everything and fixed some other problems with loose or missing screws in the door. They were out of here in under an hour. Great company! Great service! They should wash the truck more often...not that I'm hung up on this but visually it's appearance does not connote the quality of this firm. Highly recommended!
