Outstanding Service. Jay came in looked at the operation (or lack thereof) of my garage door. Know exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Did a safety check and lubed everything. It not only works now, it is also quite. Precisions business card is now stapled to the garage wall, definitely recommend them.

Nice Job! My Garage Door broke around 6pm Friday evening. I contacted Precision that evening. The call center took my request and got it arranged quickly. The following day everything went as planned. Ed was there early morning and was in an out without any issues.

I can't speak highly enough of Ray and our overall experience with this company. From the estimate to the install, everything was handled extremely well, any forseeable issues were quickly overcome. The actual install happened in a professional and timely manner and we could not be more pleased. I was scheduled for 10 - 12AM on a Saturday and the technician (Paul) was there right at 10AM. Paul definitely knew his business! In less than an hour my garage door springs were replaced and I was back in business! It was a pleasure to have someone immediately answer the phone, listen to your concern and be able to schedule you for the next day. I even recieved a confirmation email with a picture of the technician that is scheduled to perform the work. I wil definitely use this company again if I have another problem! Top notch business!
