Precision is a great company with easy scheduling and reliable service. Chet installed openers our two door openers several years ago and has done a fantastic job in maintenance and handling any small problems that arose. He’s very knowledgeable and I don’t think we would trust our two huge, heavy old, vertical opening barn doors to anyone else.

The company has a fantastic way to schedule appointments, even in the evening and on weekend for an upcoming weekday. We were able to request and have Chet, the technician who is done installation on our doors, be the person to take a look at our problem. As before, he was very efficient and helpful, explaining all the details to us. He has extensive knowledge with the openers for our unusual vertical lift heavy wood barn doors. Access to his abilities one of the many reasons to use this company. I strongly recommend this company, we have used them for several years.

We’ve been using precision for several years. We have two large heavy doors in our barn, and they did a fantastic job with overhauling the springs. And we have continued to use them for annual maintenance. Very efficient and professional scheduling. The service technician, Chet, has been with us since the beginning, and does a wonderful job of making sure all of our questions are answered, and that things are working to perfection.

Great experience with Precision purchasing new garage doors. We originally got a quote from a big box store, who called our garage "strange" and made it seem that it was going to be a difficult job and would take a month before they would be installed. Called Precision and they were much more professional and knew they could do the job without a problem. And Ray arrived on time, was very friendly, did a wonderful job on our doors. What a great company! The technician came out the same day I called, arrived on time, and quickly fixed both garage doors that had stopped working without trying to sell me any unnecessary parts - all at quoted price for the visit.
