We chose this company totally at random. We were surprised and pleased when the operator said that we would have a service person at our home within 3 hours. Our tech arrived one hour later. Chet was pleasant, knowledgeable and discussed our entire problem with us in great detail. He offered several options. We tried the easiest fix first, but that didn’t solve our entire issue. He continued working on our problem until we were all satisfied with the result. He did not try to pressure us in any way to spend extra money. We would definitely recommend Precision, and especially Chet.
