We chose this company totally at random. We were surprised and pleased when the operator said that we would have a service person at our home within 3 hours. Our tech arrived one hour later. Chet was pleasant, knowledgeable and discussed our entire problem with us in great detail. He offered several options. We tried the easiest fix first, but that didn’t solve our entire issue. He continued working on our problem until we were all satisfied with the result. He did not try to pressure us in any way to spend extra money. We would definitely recommend Precision, and especially Chet.

Ron did an amazing job! I thought there was no hope for my garage door- it was off the track and the cables had come off due to a broken drum. Ron was able to put it back in working order in an hour- Amazing! Thanks again for such great service!

He was very professional, polite, courteous, on time, he explained everything well and gave me two quotes to choose from. He was pleasurable to do business with. Two thumbs up !! I would definitely use Precision again in the future for my garage door needs. Your service is outstanding and I will definitely recommend you to other owners in the complex, as well as friends in the area. Thank you for the prompt and professional service. The only negative I have is that I thought the price was a bit high, but then again I did not comparison shop beforehand.

Precision Door Service has always been very responsive to our needs. They offer a great product and service. Their repairmen are top notch. My most recent repairman (Josh V.) was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He had my replacement garage door opener setup and operating in 1 hr as promised.
