Josh arrived at the time he said and went right to work. The garage door is in a 100 year old barn so there were some challenges. Josh was professional and thorough and I would recommend him to anyone. This was the first time I have used Precision and will keep their number on file if I ever need OH door service again.

Our garage door opener hasn’t functioned properly for a while. We called Precision and within a week they sent a technician. Ed proved to be the ultimate professional. He diagnosed the problem and suggested a new garage door opener, something we knew we probably needed. Ed was meticulous, thorough, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and made sure we had a perfectly functioning garage door before he left.

Very satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I needed a garage door opener repaired. Making the appointment was quick and easy. It was followed by a confirmation email with pictures of the technicians along with their background. Brian and Rolando showed up on time, were very professional, prepared and friendly. They had the required parts in the service vehicle and made the repair quickly. Brian explained the problem completely.
