Josh Vogel was the technician who came to my home to fix my garage door, which had trouble opening. Josh quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He checked everything and found some other things that needed updating. Josh explained very clearly how each part of the garage door worked. He completed all necessary work. The garage door works so smoothly now. Josh was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. Josh was on time and corrected my garage door operating problem in a timely manner. He gave me options to decide my best and secondary fixes so I could make a decision. Persicion employee called to say he would be early. Wouldn't you know the garage door was working fine. A few screws were loose, so maybe that was the problem. We were charged a service call only. No "invented" problems to fix. This is our second time using Persicion Overhead Doors. We would highly recommend them. Thank you!
