Josh Vogel was the technician who came to my home to fix my garage door, which had trouble opening. Josh quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He checked everything and found some other things that needed updating. Josh explained very clearly how each part of the garage door worked. He completed all necessary work. The garage door works so smoothly now. Josh was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. I would also request Josh because he and the work he did was amazing!

This is the second time I’ve used precision garage door. The first time was for a door opener and I am very satisfied with that. I called them again when my garage door was not operating correctly . The technician,Joshua was polite -checked what was wrong & fixed my door so that it now works smoothly. I would recommend precision garage door to anyone who needed any kind of repair.

Josh was on time and corrected my garage door operating problem in a timely manner. He gave me options to decide my best and secondary fixes so I could make a decision. He showed me the new parts and how they would correct the problem and explained the functions of each part. Pleased with visit and repair. Replaced the pulleys and door key lock/opener.

They were the only company who responded to my inquiry on a Sunday (after the Christmas holiday), they were willing to see me even after 5pm, for that alone this company deserves 5 stars, and Chet is very professional. he will not force you to purchase stuff from them, he’s very respectful too. Your website provided really clear education about insulated doors. Information seemed straight forward, transparent, and gave me confidence that I didn’t have about making a purchase like this. The salesman was nice, helpful, and the bonus was you were having a sale. Purchase was an easy decision. The doors are installed—just fabulous. The installer was pleasant, finished when he said he would. The temperature in the garage is much improved, the doors are as advertised, and the bonus is they are much quieter than the old doors. Persicion employee called to say he would be early. Wouldn't you know the garage door was working fine. A few screws were loose, so maybe that was the problem. We were charged a service call only. No "invented" problems to fix. This is our second time using Persicion Overhead Doors. We would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Paul knew immediately what needed to be done. Obviously experienced. Took care of the problem in a half hour. Springs needed replacement. Tracks minor adjustment. I called several numbers, but Precision was the only one with a live operator and the commitment to come the next day (i called in the evening.) The estimated time of arrival did change, but the office kept me informed and I was able to plan accordingly. I was very pleased with the organization, service and likeable professionalism of the technician, Ron. I would certainly recommend Precision to others.
