I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you how happy I was with the job your company did fixing my garage door. Rich Netto did an excellent job and explained in detail what my options were and the cost of each one. He completed the job in a short period of time and knew how to fix the problem. One additional point is that Rich was able to come and fix my door the SAME day that I called vs other company's that I called before finding Precision, that at best were only able to put me on a two -three day wait list. Ed was quick to diagnose our issue (basically everything was busted and overdue for repair.. it was, we haven’t maintained it and didn’t know we needed to), told us clearly and showed exactly what was happening, and quick to resolve. He was friendly and clearly an expert. He gave us confidence the work he was doing would be done well and and that he holds himself to a high standard. He also educated us on what we need to do for proper maintenance going forward to ensure we maximize the lifetime of the equipment.
