Ron called to let me know his expected time. He was right on! Very knowledgeable in his work as well as a gentleman. I asked Ron to explain questions I had, his explanations were perfectly understandable and he was happy to tell me as well as show me. I can't say enough about Ron. He may be a Service Technician, but he is more than that. I would not hesitate to call Precision. You need to know that Ron is quite an asset to your company.

We moved inti a new house with a broken garage door...since the cold weather set in we needed it fixed right away. We called Precision Door and they were professional communicated very well and sent us Chet who was on time...extremely knowledgeable and super professional and got the work done in a couple of hours. Im very satisfied with the service I recieved. I highly recommend Precision Door
