Great service. The tech was great, arrived about two hours after my call and finished the repair in about 40 minutes. Wow. But I was changed $330 for the work and parts. I felt gouged.

This was the second visit by Precision Door to repair my garage doors, the first being on July 8, 2021. The repairs made on the fist visit were inadequate and as a result this visit, July 28th, was scheduled and the repairs made were more comprehensive. The doors are now working very well and I am pleased with the work performed on the 28th. The young man who did the work was very courteous and helpful.

Service tech Ed was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a complete inspection of both garage doors and indicated he did not see anything that needed immediate attention right now. He clearly explained his findings and emphasized that I continue with my current regular maintenance steps. I am very happy that I had him stop over and check things out since the garage doors are 12 years old at this point.

My Overhead Door opener was not working. Hated Overhead Door products and service. Precision repairman arrived as agreed and pronounced it dead. Replacement was pricey but I agreed. Repairman proceeded to do fantastic install and upgrade. He was thorough, inspected the door and made minor adjustments as well. Explained everything perfectly and answered all my questions to the level I wanted and also understood. Great experience overall.

I found Precision in the yellow pages and was comfortable with the agent who answered the phone. The appointment process was simple and I was impressed with knowing ahead who my repair person would be including his photo on the web site. The work was quick and professional. Ed Dombrowski is a real pro and very pleasant to deal with. I must admit to sticker shock but that may be because of my age as I remember what it cost for parts when the equipment was last serviced. I would recommend Precision but advise client to fully understand the charges.
