Not sure if it was a bad day, but the guy who helped me was not friendly at all. Didn’t even say hi when he got to my house. He seemed pissed off the whole time. He asked me what could be wrong with my garage door opener. He ended up fixing after about an hour but I was not impressed and will not use them again.

Chet was great! Very professional and friendly. When he arrived he immediately spotted my problem and made reasonable suggestions on how my garage door can be repaired. Showed up on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable about garage doors. Pricing is reasonable compared to other places I called before making my appointment. This is a great company and I highly recommend them. Thanks again Chet my husband is super happy to be able to park in the garage again!

Keeping it in simple terms, Mark is the reason we chose Precision to install our new garage doors. He is very knowledgeable, precise, and professional. Just when you think that it can't any better, Dave M shows up to begin the install. Dave was very courteous, polite, and also a true professional. Mark visited the job site making sure everything was going well. There was no need to worry with Dave’s work ethics the installation was no less than perfect. Garage door springs broke and could not be opened! Searched on line and saw existing reviews for Precision which were helpful in determining who to call! Came out the same day no extra charge! Our tech was Don Holden...experienced, efficient and a nice guy! Had the replacement spring that we needed and off he went! Would highly recommend this company! They don't have all those 5 star ratings for nothing...it's true!
