I'm extremely disappointed with the service I'm getting. Called for an estimate on 11/15/16 and still have a garage door opener in need of repair. A pulley had to be ordered and installed. Here it is December 2, 2016 and it's still broke. I've called 3 times about this and I'm still waiting. I would love the opportunity to speak to the owner of the business to let him know how I feel. I will be calling again today. Winter is here and I need this issue addressed asap. I haven't had any service performed yet and still waiting for the product I purchased. I already paid $149.00 for the part and installation and yet to receive the part or service.

When our garage door finally stopped working, we looked in the telephone directory and saw your ad. I was immediately impressed with the quick service we received. The tech was honest and knowledgeable about what could and should be done and repaired everything over and above our expectations! Thanks!
