This was my first experience with Precision and I was very happy with the process. The office-staff answered phones on a holiday and the appointment process/confirmation was painless. Having no prior experience with Precision, I was concerned that I would have to fend off upcharges from their tech on the day of the repair, but thankfully there was none of that. I was very pleased with Jay, who was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and handled my repair professionally and with integrity. I'd recommend Precision (and Jay specifically) in the future.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service we received from Precision. The technician assigned (Ed Dombrowski) gave us the courtesy of a phone call to let us know that he was en-route. He arrived on time and was both friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Not only was the job done to our complete satisfaction, Ed also took the time to explain what and why he was doing and also answered any questions that came up. Called on Tuesday and my tech was here on Thursday. I received a heads up call with in the hour of him arriving which was great. We discussed our options to fix the broken garage door motor or replace the unit and after deciding on what to do, the work was done with in 45 minutes. Love the new wifi option. Will probably update the other 2 garage bays sooner than later. Very happy.

I chose Precision because you had installed my garage doors. The process of scheduling the maintenance was rediculous. Twice I set up service to have the track of my garage door adjusted. The Precision technician failed to show both times. Brian the tech, who is excellent, called me on the third day and came and fixed the door.
