The Technicians were very friendly and frank about the job that needed to be done citing the fact that the materials were original/contracted grade that came with the house over 10 years ago as a spring/coil broke and needed to be replaced as well as the cables on the track. Ed called me to tell me he could be there 30 minutes ahead of appointment time if I was available. The process took less than an hour. This is the second time I have used this company over the past 5 years.

Had cable snap from corrosion. Ed came out and replaced and recommended changing rollers as everything was original and rusting. Did a great job. Professional.

I needed a new garage door opener, so I went on line for such a service in Belchertown, Ma. Your company popped up and what impressed me was that you had customer service reps on the actual phone on a Saturday! She set up the time for your guy Ed to come over today, Mon. 12/11. He did a great job and I would recommend him for his services.

we were both surprised that the work we needed done was on the very same day we called in and the technician arrived earlier than when we were quoted...he was very professional and did a thorough job from start to finish...He explained everything to me as to what he was doing and was not pushing to get the job done, but took his time & did everything he needed to get done in a orderly manner. Consistently terrific service! I recently had a minor problem with my garage door- the technician was at my house within 2 hours on a Saturday (!), made the repair, fixed something else, and it was all done within warranty- no charge! I recommend this company highly and without reservation.

Rolando, the service person was great. He was running a bit late, but called to update, which I liked. He was pleasant, and explained what the total charge would be, before he started work. He knew exactly what he was doing, and got right to work. When I asked if I could watch, he said sure, and explained each step of what he was doing. I am very satisfied with the service rep and with the quality of the work. No question. Good guy. Good work. However.....I found the job rather expensive. Remove and replace the loft cables on two doors. It took about 45 minutes or so. The replacement cables were better quality than the original equipment. The charge was $100 service call charge, just to come to the house. Then $80 labor and $80 parts. Was it "a good value"? Hard to say, as I don't do this every day. But I feel like it cost too much. I did receive a 10% senior discount from the bill, but it still seems like a lot for less than a hour's work, and 4 cables. Am I happy with the job - yes, good job, done quickly, and on time. The price....not quite so happy about that, but it was my choice to go ahead with the job, so I guess I can't complain too much.

Alex performed a detailed safety and operational evaluation of my garage door assembly and soon identified the defective components. He thoroughly explained the function and importance of replacing these items (springs). He then effectively completed the replacement of the springs and rigged the cables. He subsequently performed an operational check to assure everything was operating correctly. I was greatly impressed with Alex's professional manner, knowledge and courtesy.
