Technician Josh V. arrived on date and time scheduled with all necessary equipment and supplies to swap out a twenty year old failed opener. He also checked and adjusted all garage door parts and mountings. The new opener is excellent and has many new features the much older unit did not have. I am glad I did not attempt this myself as the manual with installation instructions is horrifically complex. Pricing was within the range I anticipated.

Very pleased with Precision. It was easy to schedule the service call and there were helpful follow-up reminders about the appointment day and time. The technician, Chet S., was terrific. He was courteous, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly evaluate my garage doors and openers and then made excellent recommendations to address the problem I was having. He was pleasant to talk with and very patient when answering questions. I will continue to use Precision in the future and hope they send Chet when I need service again.

Very easy to make an appointment on the website. Josh came out the day after making the appointment. Josh is a top notch professional person. This is the second time Josh has been to our house. First time was four years ago when Josh did an outstanding job fixing our garage doors. This visit was a minor fix to a garage door rail that was not working properly. Rich Netto does quality work. He came to replace my garage door motor, the outdoor keypad entry, the inside button on the garage wall, and provided 2 new remotes for entry. Rich had also been here 2 years before, replacing other components like springs, pulleys, and other hardware, and did a great job then. Rich is very punctual, and on this recent repair, he was ahead of schedule and asked to come early. His work is precise, his communication is great. I really cannot ask for more. Because of Rich, I will always recommend precision garage door. Rich definitely puts the word "precision" in precision garage door.
