Very easy to make an appointment on the website. Josh came out the day after making the appointment. Josh is a top notch professional person. This is the second time Josh has been to our house. First time was four years ago when Josh did an outstanding job fixing our garage doors. This visit was a minor fix to a garage door rail that was not working properly. Rich Netto does quality work. He came to replace my garage door motor, the outdoor keypad entry, the inside button on the garage wall, and provided 2 new remotes for entry. Rich had also been here 2 years before, replacing other components like springs, pulleys, and other hardware, and did a great job then. Joshua called and said he was in the area and could he come to my place earlier in the day than expected. He was polite and worked on my broken garage door for some time. The door was dented and off the track and stuck at the top of the garage. Josh bent and adjusted and fixed the door so it is back up and running.
