Excellent! My first experience with Precision was great. Ed D. the service technician was on time, professional yet friendly. He quickly assessed the problem, explained it to me and quoted a price for the repairs. After I gave him the approval to make the repairs, he quickly began working, and had everything completed in less than an hour. Once the work was done, he explained what he did, and explained any potential problems I might have in the future. Overall, an excellent experience. I will use Precision again when the need arises.

Booked a service call on line on a Saturday. Available appointment was for Tuesday between 1 and 3. Received text from company and from Chet, their Senior Technician, at the same time saying that he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. Showed up early, diagnosed several issues.
