I'm sorry I cannot recall exactly the names of the guy who came but they were both very good. The first guy (Ron?) came to do a repair and explained carefully why it would not be a good idea due to the way the first openers/doors had been installed. He was not pushy about new doors but after we finished, I decided it would be best as the doors were 35 yrs old. The second guy (Ray)who installed the doors was equally professional and worked very hard, all day and by himself to put in new doors and openers. When we asked him why he did not have an assistant he said because nobody else is a picky as he is and he liked to work alone for that reason. The doors are great. Thanks!!
