The technician was one of the most expert and experienced individuals I have had working on our houses. As a homeowner since 1976, that says quite a bit. He explained clearly what should be done to bring our door openers up to date and to safety. He worked carefully, diligently and steadily, completing the job in less time than I had expected. He then summarized what he had done and suggested steps for us to take going forward to maintain the openers in good order. To top it all off, he was one of most personable, friendly and considerate people we've had working in our homes. The whole experience was perfect and the doors work beautifully.

I was “stood up” by another company. I frantically called Precision Door Services in Storrs in early afternoon. I got an immediate response and an email confirming an appointment that afternoon. The technician called to tell me when he was coming. Josh was extremely professional in diagnosing the problem and explained the remedy including the composition of the replacement materials.
