Originally called Overhead Doors, but my daughter went on line and saw that your company had a better rating,soI called you.Person who answered the phone gave me an appointment within 48 hours.Service man called and said he would be at my house in ten minutes and he was. Service man was very polite, and very knowledgeable. He had the equipment on his truck and fixed the problem and fixed some other maintenance issues we had. I would highly recommend your company to others.

Ed Dombrowsky did a fine job repairing my garage door. He arrived in less than 15 minutes after my call for help. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The repair was done in less than an hour, so I was able to attend my 2nd meeting of the day. Unfortunately, I was taken aback at the cost! Also, the revelation that the last repairman (by another company) had installed the wrong parts which may have contributed to the damage in such a short time (14 months) was very unnerving.

Had Chet come out on Saturday to give an estimate on replacing my (2) garage doors. Chet was very informative in answering y questions about what I was looking for in replacement. Having used your company in the past I was confident in you meeting my needs. However, as I was given the price quote for door replacement I realized as a senior retired person I could not afford the price given. Having other bills to meet I would not be able to get involved in an installment plan. I was hoping for either a senior discount price that I could afford($1800) and or be willing to use my house for your benefit to showcase for marketing and advertisement to potential clients.

I was sold a bill of goods that was nothing more than springs and new rollers for $600. Very good sales person but felt ripped off for parts that cost no more than $80.

I am very sorry you feel you were over charged. However, your statement regarding what you received is not accurate. We did a complete overhaul of your door. This service included replacing all the vital parts that make your door operate safely and effortlessly. The parts we replaced included the springs, lift cables, safety cables, rollers, and cast iron pulleys. Your door is now better than new -- that's why we provide a 5 year warranty (which is anywhere from 5 to 2-1/2 times longer than the warranty you get from most new doors. To be fair, your estimated price was for Home Depot quality parts -- which come with a 90-day warranty. The parts in way are comparable. Again I am sorry you feel that the price was high. Please be comforted in knowing that you have a safe, well functioning door that will give you peace of mind for years and years.

We saw the bios, certified technicians, customer reviews and ratings. We thank you for sending us an email of confirmation which mentioned who to look for when they come to our home. Rolo fixed broken spring and replaced rollers, springs on the garage door. Rolo was very polite and did excellent work. He gave us options and did the work on a timely manner. Service performed excellent.
