Yesterday, 5/19/2015, Don repaired my old, broken down garage door in the rain, heat and mosquito's with a GREAT personality....determined to get the job done! The garage door was a mess before he started, probably the original door from when the house was built, in 1950, but when Don was done, Wow, what a Great looking "Precision" garage door I have on there now! Don has a terrific personality, a great ambition to get the job done and your Company is lucky to have him.....I recommend anyone to call this Company for a Garage door repair and ask to have Don do the work....I am now the owner of the Coolest white garage door of the ugliest garage on Midian Ave. in Windsor, Ct. I called late morning and was given two time windows to choose from for today. Josh (?) scheduled the appointment professionally. Service Tech Ron arrived quickly. He went straight to work and completed a neat and clean installation quickly. He demonstrated the new opener and remote. The process could not have gone smoother!

I had two openers installed. The work was done in 1.5 hours. The technician was very professional, polite and friendly. He arrived at the stated time. He even called prior to arriving. He explained and tested all opener functions to my satisfaction. Left the site of the installation very clean. Very happy with the whole experience. I give a 5 star for service

I was very pleased with the same day service I received for my broken garage door. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable giving me my options on how to repair the door. The decision to fix both doors took less than and hour and all debris and borken items were picked up and taken away by the technician. I will certainly recommend Precision to my friends for any needs they may have for their garage doors.

You came out to overall both of my doors and replaced both operators. Your technician was very pleasant and did what I thought was a terrific job. Unfortunately within a couple days one of the bolts that fasten the opener to the door wasnâ??t tightened hard enough and fell off. I called you that following Sunday and spoke to one of the customer service reps. I was very disappointed to find out that you could not come out that day and that I would have to wait until Monday. After speaking with your manager Paul (on Sunday afternoon) I was informed that the Sunday Technician was having mechanical issues with his van and that you did not have a back-up technician available. I did get the first available appointment that Monday. Your technician came out and reattached the opener and apologized for his error. I also received a follow-up call from the owner (Walt) who sounded sincere when he stated how sorry he was that my experience with his company caused frustration and how much the company prides itself in providing first rate customer service and that you try to learn from every instance where you fall short. I can honestly say that after a rough start you showed who they really are â?? a company that makes every effort to make things right. Thank you and I will certainly use you again.
