Our tech, Ed, was great! He noticed immediately that the springs on the problem door were mismatched. He also inspected a second door and informed us that it would probably need service in the near future. Good to know, and greatly appreciated! Replacement parts were much better quality than the originals, and the repair went smoothly. Ed was efficient, double-checked his work, and made sure everything worked. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone, and will definitely call again for the next repair.

While it was took a while finding the right phone number to call, when I did make the right connection it went smoothly. The technician Ed came out on time and fixed our door so it would close when ever we pushed the button. It is a great garage door and very quiet. I have been a Precision Door customer for years. I needed a tune up on my opener and new springs and new rubber seal on the bottom of the door. Everyone makes it a great customer service experience, from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the quick response. The technicians explain everything they need to do, and they do a great job. I chose Precision to install my new garage door because of their professionalism and great service. I had my garage door repaired about two years ago and the technician did a great job. Rich saw the door was not installed totally correct was able to repair it quickly.
