While it was took a while finding the right phone number to call, when I did make the right connection it went smoothly. The technician Ed came out on time and fixed our door so it would close when ever we pushed the button. It is a great garage door and very quiet. We are very happy with the door and our dealings with Precision.

I have been a Precision Door customer for years. I needed a tune up on my opener and new springs and new rubber seal on the bottom of the door. Everyone makes it a great customer service experience, from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the quick response. The technicians explain everything they need to do, and they do a great job. I chose Precision to install my new garage door because of their professionalism and great service. I had my garage door repaired about two years ago and the technician did a great job. Today, Jesse Fraser installed the new door and did an amazing job, as well. On both occasions, the technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and arrived on time. I personally think I was oversold on the work they did. $700 and half hour later...when all I really needed was a pulley replaced. Oh well. Update from customer 4/22/20: The GM called to explain the detail behind fixes that were required to make my door function "as new" once again. I now better understand why the work cost what it did and am satisfied with the result.

Chet Shrader,called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, arrived to the second. Came to my back door, got my remote, proceeded to replace the bottom door panel. Within 30-40 minutes he was done, at the back door giving back my remote and he was on his way. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very happy he was the tech. you sent out.

I purchased the Rebuild package for a very reasonable package. The installation, including an excellent orientation took only about 2 hours. My technician, Chet Shrader, was careful, thorough and personable. The equipment is simple to operate and even came with a user manual. Orlando, our installer, was super helpful. He came early and got the door in quickly, and when it was all in place, he explained how everything works, and helped us set the passcode on the outside code box. It's been a while since I had a new garage door installed, and was pleased that this one was ultra-quiet, and even has an app for remote access. I made a good decision to choose Precision for our needs.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came out ASAP when my garage door broke with my car inside. They were able to open to door so I could get my car out and then secured it until the new door came. I had called other companies, but they didn't care too much about my situation, only that it would take weeks for someone to come and give me an estimate on a new door. The new door arrived and was installed in one hour! Both service men who came to my home were very profession and courteous. They were wonderful representatives of the company they work for. I would encourage anyone who needs new garage doors or repair of their doors to contact this company. I cannot say enough about them!! Thank you Precision Doors for helping me.
