I personally think I was oversold on the work they did. $700 and half hour later...when all I really needed was a pulley replaced. Oh well. Update from customer 4/22/20: The GM called to explain the detail behind fixes that were required to make my door function "as new" once again. I now better understand why the work cost what it did and am satisfied with the result.

They came the day we called them because our door opener was failing. Chet was the service guy and he was terrific. Explained all the issues and their solutions very thoroughly and understandably. Chet Shrader,called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, arrived to the second. Came to my back door, got my remote, proceeded to replace the bottom door panel. Within 30-40 minutes he was done, at the back door giving back my remote and he was on his way. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very happy he was the tech. you sent out.

I purchased the Rebuild package for a very reasonable package. The installation, including an excellent orientation took only about 2 hours. My technician, Chet Shrader, was careful, thorough and personable. The equipment is simple to operate and even came with a user manual. In summary, I recommend Precision Door Service to everyone (5 stars).

Orlando, our installer, was super helpful. He came early and got the door in quickly, and when it was all in place, he explained how everything works, and helped us set the passcode on the outside code box. It's been a while since I had a new garage door installed, and was pleased that this one was ultra-quiet, and even has an app for remote access. I made a good decision to choose Precision for our needs.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came out ASAP when my garage door broke with my car inside. They were able to open to door so I could get my car out and then secured it until the new door came. I had called other companies, but they didn't care too much about my situation, only that it would take weeks for someone to come and give me an estimate on a new door. The new door arrived and was installed in one hour! Both service men who came to my home were very profession and courteous. They were wonderful representatives of the company they work for. I would encourage anyone who needs new garage doors or repair of their doors to contact this company. I cannot say enough about them!! Thank you Precision Doors for helping me.

When my garage opener did not work (the door would not come down and close), I went to the Yellow Pages to find a repair service. The company that had installed my opener had long ago gone out of business. I chose your company because the ad said I would be talking to a real person. Your technician Jay was here on time and very quickly took care of my problem. He was cheerful and understanding, assuriing me that my opener was still good--I didn't need worry about getting a new one. I thanked him for his great service.

This was my first experience with Precision and I was very happy with the process. The office-staff answered phones on a holiday and the appointment process/confirmation was painless. Having no prior experience with Precision, I was concerned that I would have to fend off upcharges from their tech on the day of the repair, but thankfully there was none of that. I was very pleased with Jay, who was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and handled my repair professionally and with integrity. I'd recommend Precision (and Jay specifically) in the future.

I am sorry to inform you that the visit of your technician on 12-06 18 and what he did is one of the worst experiences I have had. I have two garages and old openers. They stopped working so I called your company. He opened the mechanically with his hands. He took a quick look at both and told me the openers were worn off and I would need new ones.I asked How much it will cost. He said $650 each. I am 84 years old. I told him that I cannot afford them. He said "let me get them going for now. in spring /summer you can get new ones . I said Okay. I came inside as it was very cold in the garage. I told him to knock on my door when he is finished. Within less than ten minutes he knocked on my door. I came out and said that was quick. He said I have 40 years of experience. The he tells me " I could not get them going. You have to pay my oil and lube charges of $300.00" and started writing the bill. I was totally shocked and told him " you knew from your 40 years of experience that the opener was broken and not workable, then why did you oil and lube them. His sharp response was you called us and you have to pay! In disgust I gave him my credit card number. Then came your email for my response. I believe I am addressing this to the president of your company and I sincerely believe you could not achieve your success on the basis of what I experienced with your technician. What you do with him is your affair. The least I expect from you is to refund the $300 for his doing nothing but deception and aggravation to an 84 year old decent man. My name is Muhammad Ali. I chose Precision to install my new garage door because of their professionalism and great service. I had my garage door repaired about two years ago and the technician did a great job. Today, Jesse Fraser installed the new door and did an amazing job, as well. On both occasions, the technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend Precision.
