While it was took a while finding the right phone number to call, when I did make the right connection it went smoothly. The technician Ed came out on time and fixed our door so it would close when ever we pushed the button. It is a great garage door and very quiet. I personally think I was oversold on the work they did. $700 and half hour later...when all I really needed was a pulley replaced. Oh well. Update from customer 4/22/20: The GM called to explain the detail behind fixes that were required to make my door function "as new" once again. I now better understand why the work cost what it did and am satisfied with the result.
