Quick to respond and get things fixed. We found them online to repair a broken overhead spring, it was replaced, tested and at a fair price. Highly recommend

Chet was courteous, knowledgeable, and a diligent worker. He didn't "lose" the star. That was because of the price. Otherwise, I was more than satisfied with the job and the results.

Precision is a great company with easy scheduling and reliable service. Chet installed openers our two door openers several years ago and has done a fantastic job in maintenance and handling any small problems that arose. He’s very knowledgeable and I don’t think we would trust our two huge, heavy old, vertical opening barn doors to anyone else.

I have been using them for years. Scheduling and service was easy to arrange. Technicians arrive within the window of time and you are notified by the tech and a central location that he is coming. They provide identification information. The techs have always been polite, professional and knowledgeable.
