I was having a problem changing my code on my recently installed garage door opening system. When I called Precision, I was immediately connected to a person. After I explained the situation, I was told that no technicians were available until the following day from 3 to 5pm. That did not make me very happy, but I took the appointment. Chet from Precision texted me his photo and then called me three hours early to see if I was available within 30 minutes. I agreed and within 15 minutes of his arrival, he had checked out the whole system and patiently explained and walked me through how to change my security code. Precision is the best!

Very good experience! Prompt scheduling and repair service. The technician, Chet Schrader, was very helpful in explaining the needed repairs and replacement parts for the cables, springs, rollers etc. and took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions about the work and the pricing. I know this may seem a bit odd, but I chose precision for two reasons...the bios about the technicians, complete with reviews, and the dogs. It is my belief that "dog people" are good people. Chet was the technician who was sent and he even showed up with a badly hurting ankle that he had sprained just prior to coming to my house. His friendly manner, competence and expertise were greatly appreciated. And I was REALLY impressed by how quickly he was able to put the rollers back on track, thus freeing me from five days of entrapment.

Paul was GREAT! I am not sure anyone else would have taken on this job. We have very low ceilings and a center beam. When Paul saw the job he was ecstatic to have the opportunity to problem solve and "make it work." We have to be honest - we were worried it couldn't be done. We were so lucky to have Paul as our service man. He was a delight to have around as he was visibly excited with the challenge. To anyone with a "wacky" garage or a project they are unsure of we HIGHLY recommend Paul...Not only does he do an amazing job, he truly LOVES doing it. We had an amazing experience.

When my tech came out to visit , he was professional, knowledgeable and examined the whole problem and assured me that it could be fixed, what he would do and how to do it. When I called the company the girl on phone was pleasant and helpful, she told me they could have a technician come to fix my garage door that was stuck in the open position in 2 hours but he actually came an hour earlier which was great! Brian the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door within a half hour ! He knew within minutes what was wrong with door and made adjustments to the door opener mechanism. Very pleased with service and the door is working great! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service! Very pleased!
