Chet was over to replace an opener, springs, rollers. He thoroughly explained every item used, why they were used and why my old opener failed. When Chet was done he showed me everything he did. He disengaged the opener from the door so I could lift the door, illustrating that the old springs were incorrect for the weight of the door. Fine job, Chet!!

Garage door needed repair. Arrived during time frame provided. Gave us options to repair, replace etc. We had door repaired and serviced. Was efficient And had door repaired quickly. Not convinced it also needed to be serviced, seems like that should have been part of the repair and not additional cost.

The service representative that came to my house, Dominic, was very professional, fixed the issues he was able to address (staying within my current budget) in a very short amount of time, and took time to explain what my longer term issues were and what my options are. I would recommend this company's services to others. Although there is a base service charge just to come to the home to diagnose the issues, we did have the issues corrected, the charges to actually make the repairs were very reasonable and mainly I found the base service charge to be common across all of their garage repair competitors.

5 Stars Ed the technician who came to assess the problem was great. He called to let me know he would be late. He found the problem was installation related and advocated for us so that there was no charge even though the door was installed 4 years ago. Because of the excellent customer service I asked him for an estimate for a new garage door and we are considering replacing the door.
