Both springs were broken, both of my cars were stuck in the garage, and to top it off, it was a minor holiday. I called two companies both advertising service 7 days per week. The other company advertised an emergency number where I left a voicemail message, and never received a call back. When I called Precision I spoke to a live person. While no service was available on the holiday, I received prompt, professional service the following day. Wes called and offered to come almost an hour earlier than scheduled, and boy was I glad. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of options and my garage door sounds better than new! I highly recommend Precision!

Same day service, fixed my problem in a creative way (internal circuit board died in my electric door opener). Another company told me I needed to replace entire unit but Precision had an external device that they connected and provided a new remote and I was back in business for $100+ less than the prior repair company. Paul Haney came out to my house to address my (unexpectedly) snapped spring in my 1950's era house. He called ahead in a timely manner to warn me of his arrival, he was enthusiastic and courteous and he finished replacing the springs (as well as the cables, pulleys and rollers, which I decided to have him do as well) all within about 30 minutes! Briefly, our family was on vacation while Ray removed our old garage doors and installed two new garage doors. The technician showed up exactly on time, did the tune-up and replaced the rollers on our doors. He noticed that the previous installers (from a different company) put cheap pulleys and was able to replace them with solid cast iron pulleys. My garage doors have not been this quiet in the 22 years I have lived in my house. THANKS!

I called you at 6:30 expecting to leave a voice mail, but a nice young lady answered the phone and said you could come out first thing in the morning. Brian arrived at 8:45 and had my door opened within 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes and it was working better than ever. Brian explained his recommendation and asked me what I wanted to do. He didn't try to oversell me and respected my desire to do less than a complete fix. I really appreciate his integrity and his enthusiasm in wanting to make my door as good as it could be.
