My experience with Precision was outstanding. I had an old garage door opener that was not working when I bought my home. I contacted the company to come out and repair it. The mother board needed to be replaced and decided to install a new unit. Ron was not only knowledgeable, but explained all the cost in a very professional manner. His work was excellent and I am very pleased to now have a working garage door. Over the years I have hired many companies to do work on my home and this was by far one of the most pleasant experiences. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you!

I am "repeat business", having had a new garage door installed in July 2012. I had no doubt Precision could again be of assistance on Wed., July 24, 2013 when I was unable to close the door, using a remote device. James arrived 30 minutes late (the office did call to tell me he was stuck in traffic). He quickly evaluated what was wrong and had several suggestions on how to proceed. After I agreed on the work to have done, he completed the job in 20 minutes. Everything seems to work well now.

I just purchased an old home in West Hartford and have had no less than 8 different contractors doing work on the house. These technicians have been by far the best. They showed up on the correct date and at the time we agreed too. They were fast and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Ray and Randy did a GREAT quality job.
