Excellent service. We liked that weekend service did not cost anymore. The service technician was very efficient. He repaired our garage door in less than 30 minutes and fully explained everything. I now know quite a bit about garage doors... wow!

Very positive experience. Only negative was a wire was not connected properly, but I called Ron on his cell phone and he returned immediately to fix it. Ron was very efficient and focused on the job.

Paul made sure everything was working properly before he left, and there was a problem programming the outside door remote to open the garage door. I really appreciated that he resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable, recommending a power surge protector and correctly diagnosing the problem as the garage opener was working when he arrived! A conscientious and pleasant technician!
