My old opener needed to be replaced . I called Precision to set it up and they were here the next day and arrived right on time. My installer was Scott who did a fantastic job . I was impressed with his attention to detail from start to finish . The way he ran the wiring was more than run from point A to B , they were done with appearance in mind which shows he takes pride in his work. My new opener is quiet and remotes work too!

The repairs to the door have it working beautifully now. The repairmen were professional, courteous and informative. I didn't feel any pressure to buy a particular item or service, and each option was explained clearly. The repairmen also showed me the old parts that they replaced.

don was amazing. extremely hard working and determined to solve our series of complex problems. (we have 3 garage doors, with three different motors and one was completely inoperable due to faulty wiring, plus they groaned, one was really slow and they generally needed a service). No small task. Don took it all in stride and solved the problem, he just left and they work extremely well. Thanks Don! the work took about 2.5 hours which sadly pushed his next apt and in turn may have had a knock on effect with other clients. I would definitely recommend to Precision not double booking their technicians so as to avoid but thats not don's fault, he was awesome! 10 out of 10!

Would highly recommend this company to others needing a garage door. A mistake occurred with my garage door (the wrong one came in). The company contacted me to inform me, resolved the situation and then had the correct door installed as soon as possible. I appreciated their honesty and communication around the issue. Don installed the door and did a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working. I was originally told there would be 2 technicians sent to install this door, however he was the only one to install it. He worked extremely hard, took great care in getting the job done and done right. I appreciate the extra care and effort he took to get my door in correctly and to make sure I was comfortable with the way the hardware would look. Not all of the hardware was with the door when it was originally installed. Don came back another day to install the hardware and I was so comfortable with him and his quality of work, I had no issues having him do this work without me home. I think when things go a little wrong you can tell a lot about a company. I have only positive things to say about this company and the way their staff handled the minor hiccups during this order. This company stands behind their word, is polite, courteous, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you for making this process an easy one.

I scheduled a consultation with a rep from Precision, Paul H., He called ahead of time to let me know he was running late. Very much appreciated. He showed up and provided me with estimates to replace the doors and to repair them. I decided on refurbishing the doors hardware, cables, rollers and springs. Made an appointment for two days later. Paul returned on time and did the work in a timely manner. The doors work great and are the quietest they have been in the 20 years I have owned the house. The cost was not inexpensive, but considering it is an investment that I use daily, I think in the long run I will continue to be glad I had the work done. Paul is the consummate professional. He could teach classes on how to service customers.

Replaced all four springs on two garage doors...Are now well balanced and easier to open either manually or using electric openers. Job well done.

The service was excellent. The technician was on time, very polite and did a great job. However, I was initially charged $479 to replace two torsion springs, and the job took at most one hour. The service call costs $99 and isn't waved if the work is done and labor is $80/hour. Based on google searches a typical charge for a job like this should have been about $300. When I called the manager was very nice and knocked off $30 plus she said the technician made a mistake and wrote that the warranty is one year when it should be five. My only disappointment was the cost. At $449 less one hour of labor I effectively paid $369 for two springs which go for about $42/each at home depot and come with a one year warranty. That's quite a mark up on parts.

The technician arrived on time and quickly replaced the spring. Very nice fellow and good work. Our home is for sale and the scheduler worked to get the work done in 24 hours vs. several days of waiting.

Snow storm or not.......even though my garage door wouldn't work.....Precision did!!!!!!! My garage door opener was 17 years old and decided to call it quits( of course it decided not to work during the snow storm when I needed it most). No other company braved the weather. We had technician Brian Fisher. Brian installed our new unit without a hitch, expeditiously and professionally. Brian explained the whole system and showed why Precision deserves 5 stars, which I should mention I dont give out lightly!!!! Thanks for the rapid response!!!
