Everything went well. Technician explained everything and went over the options. The prices seem pretty high, but you fixed the door and it works.

Overall very pleased with the service, but not sure about the overall value - seemed expensive. I didn't shop around so I really have no comparison to point to. They did, however show up with 3 hours of my call, they had everthing on their truck and fixed my door in an hour.
