We chose this company totally at random. We were surprised and pleased when the operator said that we would have a service person at our home within 3 hours. Our tech arrived one hour later. Chet was pleasant, knowledgeable and discussed our entire problem with us in great detail. He offered several options. We tried the easiest fix first, but that didn’t solve our entire issue. He continued working on our problem until we were all satisfied with the result. He did not try to pressure us in any way to spend extra money. We would definitely recommend Precision, and especially Chet.

They were the only company who responded to my inquiry on a Sunday (after the Christmas holiday), they were willing to see me even after 5pm, for that alone this company deserves 5 stars, and Chet is very professional. he will not force you to purchase stuff from them, he’s very respectful too. I Am looking forward to having my garage door done soon with Precision.

Service person called when he was on the way. Arrived in the time window specified. Reviewed my setup and offered suggestions and tips. New Liftmaster opener installed and tested. He explained details of the new equipment. Area was cleaned up and returned to as before. Very happy with service, installer, and equipment.

Repeat customer...was satisfied with the service on one bay, when it was time for the other bay garage door opener to be replaced after over 30 years, there was no question. Raven helped me get an appointment when I was available (not an easy task) and the serviceman was on time and explained everything and was done quickly.

My husband found your listing in the yellow pages. I called and made an appointment (the girl that took my info was great). We got an appointment for the next day between 10 am and noon with Jacob. He called to let me know he was on his way and he got here closer to the 10:00 time. Jacob was great. My husband was very satisfied with the work he performed. He replaced the springs on our garage door. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. He came in the house afterwards so I could pay him. I was very impressed with him. Great personality and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs any work done or new doors, etc. Thanks so much for a great experience.
