Our garage door opener hasn’t functioned properly for a while. We called Precision and within a week they sent a technician. Ed proved to be the ultimate professional. He diagnosed the problem and suggested a new garage door opener, something we knew we probably needed. Ed was meticulous, thorough, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and made sure we had a perfectly functioning garage door before he left.

I contacted Precision door services at the worst possible time, in the middle of the pandemic. They were honest about timing and installation of garage doors was done at the scheduled time. When a minor issue arose months later, they fixed it up promptly at no charge. Technician Chet Shrader was professional, prompt, honestly laid out all the options, and performed impeccable service.

Gentlemen, I choose the Overhead Door Company because I had used the Company previously; and they provided Excellent service. On Saturday, April 16, 2022, Mr. Chet Shrader, was the technician assigned to perform the assessments necessary to make the repairs to my garage door. Also, Mr. Shrader was friendly, professional and provided the assessments/resolutions to repair the garage door. When the repairs were completed, Mr. Shrader detailed the repairs made; and insured the garage door was operational and functional prior to leaving. Your company is so over priced I would never recommend you to anyone. I had a set of photo eyes installed and a set of brackets for the photo eyes and it costed me $408.77 ridiculous the guy was here 1/2 hour tops. I understand the price of gas has gone up but come on. $408.77 that is highway robbery!!!
