Garage door spring broke at 2:00 am on Saturday morning. Called Precision the next morning (Saturday) around 9:30 am. Representative on the phone was very polite. She scheduled a service call for 3:00 pm that same afternoon. The service tech Joe arrived on time (even a little early). He was very professional and courteous. I ended up replacing the 2 springs on the door. Joe did a great job and completed everything very quickly and professionally. The door works like a charm. Thanks very much. Will definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs. Rating all the way around = 5

Phone receptionist excellent We needed service as I was just discharged from the hospital after suffering a heart attack. I am unable to work. Your tech was prompt ,courteous, and knowledgeable of his products. He examined the door, diagnosed the problems and fixed it. I would have appreciated a price list for parts and labor so that I known exactly what the $321 was for. Otherwise, super service, and I will follow up on his suggestion for a new door and all that goes with it.

Overall the service was wonderful. Ron was quite knowledgeable and friendly and performed the task at hand in a remarkably quick fashion. While a bit expensive I am hoping the longevity of the product replacement and repair work will be well worth the price. Would not hesitate to use your company again. Certified techs., fully insured, number of techs. and the ability to get a relatively quick appointment were all pluses. In reference to the appointment it was a pleasure to receive a call from Ron indicating he was running a little late and gave me a time he would arrive and met that time. Overall,at this point in time , I would rate the service as a 4.5 and would not hesitate to call again or make a referral.

Your same day service was very helpful. The technician quickly accessed the situation and provided us three repair solutions. The door required new springs and balancing. I cannot say enough about the service I received for the consultation to repair our garage door cables. James is very knowledgable about the system and all the workings involved to estimate a repair cost for cables and springs. After 1/2 hour it became evident it was time to upgrade so we ordered a new garage system....I'm looking forward to the installation!

Very professional call center coordination with field techs. I knew whom was arriving and when. Lift springs were replaced along with new rollers. It's like a totally different door and I can't believe how quiet it is now. The techs arrive in vans that are fully equipped to do the work. There was no attempt at the need to bill me for "extra" travel to get parts that they didn't bring. I knew the cost up front before the work started. You may be able to find a cheaper service company, but this was a one call, one visit, no surprises event. I appreciate that--a lot.

I thought the service rep was great. He explained all everything. He was also willing to problem solve. The only negative was the price. The labor costs were in line but I feel the replacement part costs were on the high side -- they do come with a good warranty.

The service provided by Precision was excellent! From the intial service call to the actual repair, everything went very smoothly. When Matt the technician arrived at our house, he inspected both garage doors (and openers) and made suggestions on how to improve the performace of the doors. I have used Precision in the past and have been thoroughly satisfied so it was a very easy decision to call when I needed another repair.
