I'm sorry I cannot recall exactly the names of the guy who came but they were both very good. The first guy (Ron?) came to do a repair and explained carefully why it would not be a good idea due to the way the first openers/doors had been installed. He was not pushy about new doors but after we finished, I decided it would be best as the doors were 35 yrs old. The second guy (Ray)who installed the doors was equally professional and worked very hard, all day and by himself to put in new doors and openers. When we asked him why he did not have an assistant he said because nobody else is a picky as he is and he liked to work alone for that reason. The doors are great. Thanks!! I don't know what I was expecting apart from someone to give me a quote for options that included what I wanted but offered higher priced solutions. I was anticipating an argument that would end in my getting what I wanted, but at a price that was a little high. That IS NOT what happened. This company gave me a fast quote with three options that were all priced fairly. I chose the middle option, which just included the 5 yr guarantee instead of 7; that was the only difference between replacing cables and going with a full-on replacement of everything that was worn out and squeaking. AND, he was done in less than one hour. I was shocked. Add to that he was friendly and helpful with explanations. I recommend Precision HIGHLY!

I would highly recommend Precision Door. The springs broke on my garage door causing complete disablement. I called based on a recommendation from a friend and Precision had their technician, Brian, out to repair that same evening. He was extremely professional and I felt the cost was reasonable. I actually called back to have them come and take another look at an issue I was having with my garage door two evenings later....again Brian arrived that same evening and was extremely professional and corrected the issue. I am extremely pleased with this company, their professionalism and service.

I called late morning and was given two time windows to choose from for today. Josh (?) scheduled the appointment professionally. Service Tech Ron arrived quickly. He went straight to work and completed a neat and clean installation quickly. He demonstrated the new opener and remote. The process could not have gone smoother!

I had two openers installed. The work was done in 1.5 hours. The technician was very professional, polite and friendly. He arrived at the stated time. He even called prior to arriving. He explained and tested all opener functions to my satisfaction. Left the site of the installation very clean. Very happy with the whole experience. I give a 5 star for service

James was late but called to let us know ahead of time. He performed a thorough inspection and suggested a "rebuild." We only had the cables and springs replaced. Job was completed quickly and with little to no mess. Three stars is a good rating as suggests I got what I expected - value for price. Nothing more nothing less. I would recommend Precision Door to others.

He even took the time to run through some operational items that the original installer never bothered to tell me. I would recommend your company over any other that I called. I was very pleased with the same day service I received for my broken garage door. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable giving me my options on how to repair the door. The decision to fix both doors took less than and hour and all debris and borken items were picked up and taken away by the technician.
