We had Overhead doors and openers for 35 years, but when they failed we called your company and a sales person came to our house the next day and presented us with a package we couldn't refuse. Brian Fisher did the installation and provided excellent service when we had a recent problem. We are thoroughly pleased with the product and service provided. We have had several neighbors inquire about your products and recently had someone from across town come to our house and inquire about our garage doors. Couldn't be more pleased!!!

Ron was very professional! He took the time out to explain what the problem was with the garage door opener. Which was great because I was going to replace the opener. It was nice to have someone come to your home who is honest and not trying to rip you off. When it is time for me to replace my opener I will call back precision garage and ask for Ron to install it!

I called you at 6:30 expecting to leave a voice mail, but a nice young lady answered the phone and said you could come out first thing in the morning. Brian arrived at 8:45 and had my door opened within 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes and it was working better than ever. Brian explained his recommendation and asked me what I wanted to do. He didn't try to oversell me and respected my desire to do less than a complete fix. I really appreciate his integrity and his enthusiasm in wanting to make my door as good as it could be.

Ron was running late. He called to let us know he'd be 30 minutes later than promised. After spending 5 minutes in the garage, Ron detailed what was wrong. I agreed to his rebuild option and within 40 minutes my door was working better than when it was installed 8 years ago. I will be calling you again to rebuild my other door when it needs it.

My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision door at 9:00 PM at night. Their technician (James) was at my house by 9:00 am the next morning. They did offer an emergency service, but I could wait. He had my door working again in no time. James was very informative and provide some preventative maintenance as well while he was replacing my springs. I highly recommend your company.
