Took about 6 hours , he took all the old stuff away , and he made less noise than my 2 little dogs. Great job. I would highly recommend your company.

This was a situation where a problem happened in the middle of the process, but everything turned out well in the end. The estimator arrived within a week of my calling to request both garage door and door opener replacement and the installer arrived three weeks later. Unfortunately, when the installer opened the packages containing the new garage door, he discovered that the factory had shipped the wrong garage door and he had to leave without being able to start the job. One week later, the installer returned with the correct garage door and did the installation perfectly. The most important point is not that a problem happened, but how promptly Precision Door responded to the problem.

Did a search online and found Precision Door Service. 631 5-star reviews. Used the chat feature and in a matter of minutes had an appt set for 1:00 pm Monday. It was a huge relief to be able to contact someone at 7 pm on a Sunday and get a reply. Technician was on time, courteous, and didn't try to sell us anything or repair something that didn't need to be repaired. A simple cable broke, and he repaired it quickly. And the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
