Very satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I needed a garage door opener repaired. Making the appointment was quick and easy. It was followed by a confirmation email with pictures of the technicians along with their background. Brian and Rolando showed up on time, were very professional, prepared and friendly. They had the required parts in the service vehicle and made the repair quickly. Brian explained the problem completely. I will use them again and would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to a friend.

Persicion employee called to say he would be early. Wouldn't you know the garage door was working fine. A few screws were loose, so maybe that was the problem. We were charged a service call only. No "invented" problems to fix. This is our second time using Persicion Overhead Doors. We would highly recommend them. Thank you!

The prior owners of our home had installed the electronic garage door opener themselves and, apparently not secured it well enough. After securing it myself a year ago, it came down again, even though I had secured it better than the original owners, this time pulling wires apart. The technician was efficient and thorough securing the unit back up and connecting the wires, then explained how it had failed to stay up after my attempt to secure the unit. I also found the price very reasonable.

Paul is a master at fixing what is broken. He not only fixed the problem we called about, but identified other issues with the garage door and corrected them. The door is fixed and runs perfectly and smoothly, something it hasn't done for a couple of years now, and that we thought was "normal". Thanks Paul!

5 stars. Ray arrived promptly at 9am and by 1:30pm he completed the job. I was very impressed and pleased with the finish product. He alone took down the old doors, reframed where necessary and installed the 2 new doors and cleaned up, all in 4 and a half hours. He did an excellent job considering the challenge this job entailed because my garage is slightly tilted. Thank you very much.

Paul knew immediately what needed to be done. Obviously experienced. Took care of the problem in a half hour. Springs needed replacement. Tracks minor adjustment. The previous installer (from another company) replaced the spring with a short spring that didn't last long before it broke. Your technician explained the problem of a shorter one and replaced it with a much longer one that he said would last longer. I appreciate his effort and skill in doing a great job.

Paul Haney was my technician. I called on Wednesday with a problem with my garage door opener, a received a Thursday morning appointment. Paul was prompt for the appointment and quick to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the problem wasn't one he was able to repair, and I needed a new garage door opener. Paul had one ready and installed it within my set appointment window. Will be using Precision again when it comes time to replace the other garage door opener!
