We called for emergency service and had the technician at out home within 90 minutes. My car was trapped inside the garage as the springs broke and I couldn\\\\\\\'t lift the door myself. Tom got the car out and then quickly replaced the springs and cables. He also made several recommendations for future work, which I will have done before winter comes. Thanks Precision you guys are the best!

He replaced the springs, hardware, rollers and probably anything else that needed replacement. I was very impressed even before he got here to have such quick service. It is a relief to have it taken care of and I have a guarantee so not to worry for years to come. My impression of Ron was that he "knows his business", is polite, respectful, quick, accurate and detail oriented.

We completely rebuilt your door and provided you a 7 year warranty -- new doors typically only come with a 1 year warranty on the parts. We stand behind our work and parts and will be happy to come out and repair your door within the next 7 years with no charge for parts or labor.

I'm sure people are quick to complain when they are not satisfied, but I want to take this opportunity to say thank you and to tell you how pleased I am with the service your company and James provided. You guys were at my house with 3 hours of my initial call and fixed the problem with 45 minutes of arriving at the house. James provided a very clear explaination of what was wrong with my door and gave me several options from which to choose from.
