5 stars. Ray arrived promptly at 9am and by 1:30pm he completed the job. I was very impressed and pleased with the finish product. He alone took down the old doors, reframed where necessary and installed the 2 new doors and cleaned up, all in 4 and a half hours. He did an excellent job considering the challenge this job entailed because my garage is slightly tilted. Thank you very much.

Paul knew immediately what needed to be done. Obviously experienced. Took care of the problem in a half hour. Springs needed replacement. Tracks minor adjustment. The previous installer (from another company) replaced the spring with a short spring that didn't last long before it broke. Your technician explained the problem of a shorter one and replaced it with a much longer one that he said would last longer. I appreciate his effort and skill in doing a great job.

Your tech was 10 minutes early (just as he told me he would when he called me to tell me he was on his way). He gave me several options and explained them very clearly. I didn't feel he was pressuring me to go for the most expensive offer - which surprised me. When I told him I had about $300 to spend he reworked his recommendations and came in just below. My door works great and I do plan on getting a few more things fixed.
