We called for emergency service and had the technician at out home within 90 minutes. My car was trapped inside the garage as the springs broke and I couldn\\\\\\\'t lift the door myself. Tom got the car out and then quickly replaced the springs and cables. He also made several recommendations for future work, which I will have done before winter comes.
