We completely rebuilt your door and provided you a 7 year warranty -- new doors typically only come with a 1 year warranty on the parts. We stand behind our work and parts and will be happy to come out and repair your door within the next 7 years with no charge for parts or labor.

I'm sure people are quick to complain when they are not satisfied, but I want to take this opportunity to say thank you and to tell you how pleased I am with the service your company and James provided. You guys were at my house with 3 hours of my initial call and fixed the problem with 45 minutes of arriving at the house. James provided a very clear explaination of what was wrong with my door and gave me several options from which to choose from. I am very pleased with my purchase and want tell tell you that my door has never work this well and sounded so quiet. Fantastic job all around! Thank you and James.

We were told there would be a two-week turnaround after ordering. We had to call after two weeks for the appointment and were told installation was SAT (three weeks) - we said this was unacceptable and the appointment was made for a Tuesday - just over two weeks.
