Josh Vogel was the technician who came to my home to fix my garage door, which had trouble opening. Josh quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He checked everything and found some other things that needed updating. Josh explained very clearly how each part of the garage door worked. He completed all necessary work. The garage door works so smoothly now. Josh was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. I would also request Josh because he and the work he did was amazing!

This is the second time I’ve used precision garage door. The first time was for a door opener and I am very satisfied with that. I called them again when my garage door was not operating correctly . Our garage door opener hasn’t functioned properly for a while. We called Precision and within a week they sent a technician. Ed proved to be the ultimate professional. I contacted Precision door services at the worst possible time, in the middle of the pandemic. They were honest about timing and installation of garage doors was done at the scheduled time. Gentlemen, I choose the Overhead Door Company because I had used the Company previously; and they provided Excellent service. On Saturday, April 16, 2022, Mr. Chet Shrader, was the technician assigned to perform the assessments necessary to make the repairs to my garage door. Also, Mr. Shrader was friendly, professional and provided the assessments/resolutions to repair the garage door. When the repairs were completed, Mr. Shrader detailed the repairs made; and insured the garage door was operational and functional prior to leaving.
