Chet was the technician, in my opinion Chet is a very smart and thorough individual. Chet performed a tuneup on my garage door and explained everything he did in real time. He gave me some maintenance tips also. I’ll be calling on Chet whenever the need arises! Chet let me know his exact arrival time 30 or so minutes in advance. 5 star for sure! Roger C

Installer did a good job, but appointment time was not met. The evening before I received a phone call to set up a date and time. It was scheduled for 9 am next morning, installer called before 8am that he is at the property already and the door is coming in in 15 min. I had to re-arrange my plans and be there much earlier than anticipated.

I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We try very hard to provide time frames that the customer can work with. Sometimes traffic, weather, mechanical breakdowns, etc. prevent us from keeping/meeting the time frame. In this case the installer had a traffic free ride through Hartford -- not something that happens everyday. As a result he was a bit early. When we set up installation appointments we typically do give a time range that starts off at 8 am... perhaps the office people didn't state that the installer could be there as early as 8am.We are truly sorry for any inconvenience .
