I had a problem with the garage door opening and closing sporadically. This was very frustrating. A friend suggested calling your company. I was pleased with the prompt response. When the technician arrived, which was very early I was impressed. Chet introduced himself and immediately explained the problem he gave me two choices, I decided on the higher price although I had no idea it would be so expensive. Chet was very professional and well informed. Hopefully my problem has been resolved

The technician was one of the most expert and experienced individuals I have had working on our houses. As a homeowner since 1976, that says quite a bit. He explained clearly what should be done to bring our door openers up to date and to safety. He worked carefully, diligently and steadily, completing the job in less time than I had expected. He then summarized what he had done and suggested steps for us to take going forward to maintain the openers in good order. To top it all off, he was one of most personable, friendly and considerate people we've had working in our homes. The whole experience was perfect and the doors work beautifully.

We had a garage door spring let go and it frayed most of the safety cable & damaged the pulley system. I called in the evening and we were offered a next-day appointment which we couldn’t make. They did a great job finding the next open slot after that. Chet was friendly, quick to diagnose the issue, and did a good job explaining the problem. The fix wasn’t cheap but there was no pressure or upselling. We’re very satisfied with the quality of work and service. We do wish they asked before attaching a company sticker to the drywall in the garage but overall very satisfied and would use again.
