James was late but called to let us know ahead of time. He performed a thorough inspection and suggested a "rebuild." We only had the cables and springs replaced. Job was completed quickly and with little to no mess. Three stars is a good rating as suggests I got what I expected - value for price. Nothing more nothing less. I would recommend Precision Door to others.

He was very thorough when explaining our repair options and did not try to "over sell us" by saying he would do as little or as much as we wanted. James arrived 30 minutes late (the office did call to tell me he was stuck in traffic). He quickly evaluated what was wrong and had several suggestions on how to proceed. After I agreed on the work to have done, he completed the job in 20 minutes. Everything seems to work well now.

I was very impressed with your company's service. The girl that answered the phone was able to accomodate my schedule, your mecanic arrived on time, he provided me several options and fixed the door on the first visit. Excellent service, seem a bit on the expensive side, but very stress/worry free installation and service. Your guy had the operators on his truck and was finished indtallin both within 90 minutes.
