Your technicians were very professional. However, for a "Garage Door" company it took you 9 days to get a repair part from Lift Master, a firm that you do business with. That is too much time for such a repair. And your repair cost on a 6 year old opener seemed overly expensive. I am not sure if was worth repairing. Though in the end, the job seems to have been done right.

We are sorry you didn't have the experience we wanted you to! Our records show that within 5 days we came back to your home to replace a special order circuit board. Which you ordered on the initial visit. Two months later you called with a different issue... your opener was working but making a grinding noise. We came back out and discovered that the gears in the motor had stripped. We replaced them as you requested. Unfortunately, you refused to pay for both the part and our labor!

This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I called on Wednesday and was given an appointment the very next day. The technician, Brian, arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, inspected the door, explained what he would do, and completed the repair in less than half an hour. He was very pleasant to deal with and the door now works fine. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work performed.

I chose Precision because you had installed my garage doors. The process of scheduling the maintenance was rediculous. Twice I set up service to have the track of my garage door adjusted. The Precision technician failed to show both times. Brian the tech, who is excellent, called me on the third day and came and fixed the door.

The technician showed up exactly on time, did the tune-up and replaced the rollers on our doors. He noticed that the previous installers (from a different company) put cheap pulleys and was able to replace them with solid cast iron pulleys. My garage doors have not been this quiet in the 22 years I have lived in my house. THANKS!

Had trouble opening/closing door. Was drawn to Precision Door after using Google and being impressed with the website and reviews. Called on a Friday and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful Customer Service Rep. She set me up for an appointment the following Monday which was fine. This was followed up by a very informative e-mail confirming my appointment. Got a call Monday morning from my Service Tech, Paul Haney, letting me know his arrival time. He was right on time, very pleasant and VERY knowledgeable. I explained the problems I was having and he diagnosed and came up with what he though was the best solution. I felt very comfortable with his abilities and experience. He quoted a price and was done with the job within the hour. Very happy with the results and will not hesitate to use Precision Door again. My only concern was that I though it was a little more pricy then I had in my mind, but I didn't price shop with any other company, so I really don't know, but I am very happy with the experience that I had. Purchased rollers, springs, pulleys, and cable. Had the opener adjusted properly for my garage and now the door works like brand new. Thanks Paul.
