I bought Model 8355 opener after my old opener malfunctioned . Dave M. Was the technician who installed it. Dave is extremely professional, extremely pleasant and the job was done easily and in a clean manner. Dave deserves 6 stars on a scale of 5. The opener was installed today. I can't give an opinion about the opener yet

I was sold a bill of goods that was nothing more than springs and new rollers for $600. Very good sales person but felt ripped off for parts that cost no more than $80.

I am very sorry you feel you were over charged. However, your statement regarding what you received is not accurate. We did a complete overhaul of your door. This service included replacing all the vital parts that make your door operate safely and effortlessly. The parts we replaced included the springs, lift cables, safety cables, rollers, and cast iron pulleys. Your door is now better than new -- that's why we provide a 5 year warranty (which is anywhere from 5 to 2-1/2 times longer than the warranty you get from most new doors. To be fair, your estimated price was for Home Depot quality parts -- which come with a 90-day warranty. The parts in way are comparable. Again I am sorry you feel that the price was high. Please be comforted in knowing that you have a safe, well functioning door that will give you peace of mind for years and years.

Ron Lecours was the installer that came to install a door & door opener he was very prompt when he got to my home with the door he noticed that trim was white around the door I had ordered a green trim after reviewing his recommendation that it should be white I agreed and white was installed. after the door and opener were installed and tested I was very happy with the final outcome. I will recommend your company to anyone that asks who did the install

Dave M. couldn't have been better. He called on his way and arrived on time. he explained various repair options and carried out exactly what we decided upon perfectly. Our service technician arrived as promised. He found what was causing the problem. We had a new Liftmaster belt installed. Job was complete in less than 2 hours What a difference! So quiet. He was very efficient and nice. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door again!

Nice Job! My Garage Door broke around 6pm Friday evening. I contacted Precision that evening. The call center took my request and got it arranged quickly. The following day everything went as planned. Ed was there early morning and was in an out without any issues.

I am completely satisfied with Precision Door Service! They scheduled me right away, the technician (Dave) was prompt and courteous, and the work was completed in under an hour. My garage door is much quieter now, and it opens and closes smoothly. Dave even added a new rubber strip to the bottom so it closes perfectly, with no gaps or light coming through (the old strip was probably 20+ years old). Replaced everything but the door itself. Very happy -- 5 stars!

Service guy Ron was very knowledgeable. Although we called to have the garage door opener repaired, we ended up having the whole system replaced due to Ron's recommendation. I did not feel he was trying to "sell" me something I did not need, just wanted to do the best for the customer.
