We saw the bios, certified technicians, customer reviews and ratings. We thank you for sending us an email of confirmation which mentioned who to look for when they come to our home. Rolo fixed broken spring and replaced rollers, springs on the garage door. Rolo was very polite and did excellent work. He gave us options and did the work on a timely manner. Service performed excellent.

Both springs were broken, both of my cars were stuck in the garage, and to top it off, it was a minor holiday. I called two companies both advertising service 7 days per week. The other company advertised an emergency number where I left a voicemail message, and never received a call back. When I called Precision I spoke to a live person. While no service was available on the holiday, I received prompt, professional service the following day. Wes called and offered to come almost an hour earlier than scheduled, and boy was I glad. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of options and my garage door sounds better than new! I highly recommend Precision!

Two technicians came out yesterday to inspect and repair my garage door. They arrived a few minutes early, inspected the garage door, found the spring had broken, and installed a new spring (plus rollers, bearing, etc.). They were quick and did an excellent job. Same day service, fixed my problem in a creative way (internal circuit board died in my electric door opener). Another company told me I needed to replace entire unit but Precision had an external device that they connected and provided a new remote and I was back in business for $100+ less than the prior repair company. Very reliable, easy to schedule and professional.

He had some extra time and he used it to go beyond and take care of a number of details in getting the doors hooked up and ready.
