The installer was very courteous and explained his evaluation of the existing door condition prior to the door opener installation. The installation was completed within a short time. Post-installation, he explained all of the features and demonstrated the operation of the door. Overall, very satisfied with the work performed.

After door installation, there were spaces between the door and the floor. I mentioned it to the installer and he told me when the sun comes out the spaces would fill in. Well clearly this didn't happen and I have cold air and snow blowing in under the doors, not to mention rodents could also get in. I did not have this problem with my old doors.

I bought Model 8355 opener after my old opener malfunctioned . Dave M. Was the technician who installed it. Dave is extremely professional, extremely pleasant and the job was done easily and in a clean manner. Dave deserves 6 stars on a scale of 5. The opener was installed today. Ron Lecours was the installer that came to install a door & door opener he was very prompt when he got to my home with the door he noticed that trim was white around the door I had ordered a green trim after reviewing his recommendation that it should be white I agreed and white was installed. after the door and opener were installed and tested I was very happy with the final outcome. I will recommend your company to anyone that asks who did the install
