I was very pleased with the service I received. It was very easy to book an appointment and the technician arrived right in the middle of the promised window. He was able to quickly determine what was wrong with my garage door opener and then went out of his way to provide me with the costs of repair versus replacement so I could make a decision. I chose to replace it and within 2 hours the new one was in and working great. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again or to refer a friend.

Well, I pushed the open button on my garage only to have one of my torsion springs crap out. I called Precision on Thursday, they scheduled an appointment for that Saturday with a time slot of 1pm-3pm. The techs, Paul and Vinny were at my door at 12:55pm. Paul looked at my garage, quickly diagnosed the issue and BOOM!!!! 20 minutes later my garage was good as new. These guys are very savvy when it comes to garage doors. They were very friendly and extremely professional. Vinny suggested I replace the pulleys as well and offered several options without any pressure. Now I have new springs and maintenance free pulleys. I will definitely go with Precision for my future garage door needs. Do not hesitate to call Precision for you garage door needs!!!!

I am pleased with the exceptional service provided by the Precision door service professional Ray Angco. Briefly, our family was on vacation while Ray removed our old garage doors and installed two new garage doors. He arrived on time and effectively coordinated with the people watching our house to ensure the job was completed. Both doors are top quality and were installed to ensure they open and close smoothly/quietly. I spoke to Ray on the phone several times and he was very courteous and appeared to have a genuine interest in my satisfaction with the garage door installation. The technician Paul Haney was on time, gotta love that!!!! He is professional and informative. He installed the broken springs and tightened some very loose bolts. Garage door springs broke and could not be opened! Searched on line and saw existing reviews for Precision which were helpful in determining who to call! Came out the same day no extra charge! Our tech was Don Holden...experienced, efficient and a nice guy! Had the replacement spring that we needed and off he went! Would highly recommend this company! They don't have all those 5 star ratings for nothing...it's true!

I was very pleased with the quick and courteous service I received on my garage door opener repair. Within minutes the problem was diagnosed. I know it is impossible to stock every part for every garage door opener, but the most unpleasant part of my experience was trying to order the new circuit board that was needed. If it is possible for you to actually order the part, my total experience would have been better. But the job the technician did of diagnosing the problem and installing the new board was excellent.

I was scheduled for 10 - 12AM on a Saturday and the technician (Paul) was there right at 10AM. Paul definitely knew his business! In less than an hour my garage door springs were replaced and I was back in business! It was a pleasure to have someone immediately answer the phone, listen to your concern and be able to schedule you for the next day. I even recieved a confirmation email with a picture of the technician that is scheduled to perform the work. I wil definitely use this company again if I have another problem! Top notch business!

Yesterday, 5/19/2015, Don repaired my old, broken down garage door in the rain, heat and mosquito's with a GREAT personality....determined to get the job done! The garage door was a mess before he started, probably the original door from when the house was built, in 1950, but when Don was done, Wow, what a Great looking "Precision" garage door I have on there now! Don has a terrific personality, a great ambition to get the job done and your Company is lucky to have him.....I recommend anyone to call this Company for a Garage door repair and ask to have Don do the work....I am now the owner of the Coolest white garage door of the ugliest garage on Midian Ave. in Windsor, Ct. Service was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, for me, what I thought was a garage door opener issue was simply a bag blocking the security beam towards the bottom of the door which kept it from operating. Cost me 99 dollars, but I learned a valuable lesson-check the obvious before you call.

Paul was great, let me know when to expect him and showed up at that time and performed the maintenance I needed quickly so I could complete the sell of my house. My only complaint is not with Paul but with paying twice the normal retail price for a remote control, then of course finding my lost one the next day. All sales are final.

Thank you for your review and your business. We truly value each and every comment. We do understand that you can buy remotes and other electronics a lot cheaper online. The down side, however, is that it come in a box with poorly written instructions which then you need to program. Also, there is no guarantee that the electronic part you bought is exactly what you need. When you call us we show up on your door step with the product that we guarantee is the right remote for your opener, we program it and explain everything to you. Then if something goes wrong we support it as well. With us you're buying a service.

The technician showed up exactly on time, did the tune-up and replaced the rollers on our doors. He noticed that the previous installers (from a different company) put cheap pulleys and was able to replace them with solid cast iron pulleys. My garage doors have not been this quiet in the 22 years I have lived in my house. THANKS!

Your technical representative, Paul Haney, is an outstanding representative of your company and impressed us most with his professionalism, knowledge and recognition of the uniqueness of our antiquated 36 year old garage door belt system. Although we had inadvertently tripped the reset button, Mr. Haney lubricated and tweaked our motor apparatus and advised that we were near the end of its useful life. We appreciated his professionalism, his candor and his willingness to explain exactly what our options were. He practically gave us a tutorial as he educated us about the pros and cons of the system we presently have. Paul Haney came out to my house to address my (unexpectedly) snapped spring in my 1950's era house. He called ahead in a timely manner to warn me of his arrival, he was enthusiastic and courteous and he finished replacing the springs (as well as the cables, pulleys and rollers, which I decided to have him do as well) all within about 30 minutes! I was very happy with the prompt response I got from Precision Garage Door.
