Precision has always responded promptly to all my calls. I have had my garage door repaired by them, as they were outstanding. The best part is that they didn't try to oversell me. I appreciate their professional attitude as well as the great personal they have sent my way.

I am completely satisfied with Precision Door Service! They scheduled me right away, the technician (Dave) was prompt and courteous, and the work was completed in under an hour. My garage door is much quieter now, and it opens and closes smoothly. Dave even added a new rubber strip to the bottom so it closes perfectly, with no gaps or light coming through (the old strip was probably 20+ years old). Replaced everything but the door itself. Very happy -- 5 stars!

Service guy Ron was very knowledgeable. Although we called to have the garage door opener repaired, we ended up having the whole system replaced due to Ron's recommendation. I did not feel he was trying to "sell" me something I did not need, just wanted to do the best for the customer.

Keeping it in simple terms, Mark is the reason we chose Precision to install our new garage doors. He is very knowledgeable, precise, and professional. Just when you think that it can't any better, Dave M shows up to begin the install. Dave was very courteous, polite, and also a true professional. Mark visited the job site making sure everything was going well. There was no need to worry with Dave’s work ethics the installation was no less than perfect. These two men are a great representation for Precision Door Service.
