I am completely satisfied with Precision Door Service! They scheduled me right away, the technician (Dave) was prompt and courteous, and the work was completed in under an hour. My garage door is much quieter now, and it opens and closes smoothly. Dave even added a new rubber strip to the bottom so it closes perfectly, with no gaps or light coming through (the old strip was probably 20+ years old). Replaced everything but the door itself. Very happy -- 5 stars!

Service guy Ron was very knowledgeable. Although we called to have the garage door opener repaired, we ended up having the whole system replaced due to Ron's recommendation. I did not feel he was trying to "sell" me something I did not need, just wanted to do the best for the customer.

Rolo fixed broken spring and replaced rollers, springs on the garage door. Rolo was very polite and did excellent work. He gave us options and did the work on a timely manner. Service performed excellent.

Both springs were broken, both of my cars were stuck in the garage, and to top it off, it was a minor holiday. I called two companies both advertising service 7 days per week. The other company advertised an emergency number where I left a voicemail message, and never received a call back. When I called Precision I spoke to a live person. While no service was available on the holiday, I received prompt, professional service the following day. Wes called and offered to come almost an hour earlier than scheduled, and boy was I glad. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of options and my garage door sounds better than new! I highly recommend Precision!
