Both springs were broken, both of my cars were stuck in the garage, and to top it off, it was a minor holiday. I called two companies both advertising service 7 days per week. The other company advertised an emergency number where I left a voicemail message, and never received a call back. When I called Precision I spoke to a live person. While no service was available on the holiday, I received prompt, professional service the following day. Wes called and offered to come almost an hour earlier than scheduled, and boy was I glad. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of options and my garage door sounds better than new! I highly recommend Precision!

Two technicians came out yesterday to inspect and repair my garage door. Paul Haney came out to my house to address my (unexpectedly) snapped spring in my 1950's era house. He called ahead in a timely manner to warn me of his arrival, he was enthusiastic and courteous and he finished replacing the springs (as well as the cables, pulleys and rollers, which I decided to have him do as well) all within about 30 minutes! I was very happy with the prompt response I got from Precision Garage Door.

I was very pleased with the service I received. It was very easy to book an appointment and the technician arrived right in the middle of the promised window. He was able to quickly determine what was wrong with my garage door opener and then went out of his way to provide me with the costs of repair versus replacement so I could make a decision. I chose to replace it and within 2 hours the new one was in and working great. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again or to refer a friend.
