Chet was polite, knowledgeable and thorough with his initial evaluation and his explanation of what he did and how the new equipment works. Always nice to have someone do work for you when that person takes pride in his work. I am of The opiniom that Precision is a well run business.

Had Chet come out on Saturday to give an estimate on replacing my (2) garage doors. Chet was very informative in answering y questions about what I was looking for in replacement. Having used your company in the past I was confident in you meeting my needs. However, as I was given the price quote for door replacement I realized as a senior retired person I could not afford the price given. Having other bills to meet I would not be able to get involved in an installment plan. I was hoping for either a senior discount price that I could afford($1800) and or be willing to use my house for your benefit to showcase for marketing and advertisement to potential clients.

Chet was extremely good and professional. He repaired the door in less than 15 minute. The charges are however very expensive. 245.00 dollars with no parts needed is unreasonable.

The service representative that came to my house, Dominic, was very professional, fixed the issues he was able to address (staying within my current budget) in a very short amount of time, and took time to explain what my longer term issues were and what my options are. I would recommend this company's services to others. Although there is a base service charge just to come to the home to diagnose the issues, we did have the issues corrected, the charges to actually make the repairs were very reasonable and mainly I found the base service charge to be common across all of their garage repair competitors.

Recently I was the “recipient” of a failed garage door spring and cable(on 1 of 2 doors). As luck would have it, it happened on a Saturday. So I “surfed” the web and came upon Precision Door Company. Called and set up an appointment for following Monday. The Tech, Ed Dombrowski, arrived promptly on schedule. He was very friendly and sociable. He immediately assessed the situation and we discussed the work to be done. Based on his recommendation I decided to have the spring and cable replaced on the second door as well. And I was never so glad I did. He wasted no time making the repairs. I appreciated very much Ed’s expertise, recommendations and excellent work ethics. I’ve put Precision Door on “speed dial” on my phone and look forward to calling on them for all my future garage door repairs/replacements, thanks to Ed!

Our new doors are a stunning improvement over our old ones. We are very pleased with the upgrade to our property. It is also nice to have new, quieter garage door openers. Nice! Rolando, who installed our doors, was systematic and painstaking in the care he took to set up the job properly. He was conscientious about keeping his work zone scrupulously tidy and organized. It was a pleasure to look in on him at various points during the installation and see everything looking shipshape. And to add to all of that, he came out and worked hard on the coldest day of the year, without a single complaint. What a guy!
