Over the weekend, one of the springs on my garage door snapped. I called this morning at 10:25. They scheduled me between11am and 1pm. I then received a text indicating Chet would be the serviceman. Ten minutes later, Chet called to say he'd be here by 11am, and he was. He thoroughly went over all my options, then quickly completed all the work.

We were very happy with the immediate response to our request for a service call. Ed came out the following morning at 7 AM, and by 815 our garage door was once again functioning fully. We were sure we were going to have to replace a lot more parts than it ended up needing. Ed was very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

He pointed out the immediate issues as well as what he recommended for repairs to prolong the life of the springs and opener motor. I never felt pressure or up sold for additional repairs. Precision Garage Door was prompt to respond to my garage door issue and very helpful in reparing it. Plus unlike a competitor of yours, you answered my call and dispatched a repair technician to my home promptly. Your competitor required me to leave a voice mail for service, and then never returned my call.
