Not sure if it was a bad day, but the guy who helped me was not friendly at all. Didn’t even say hi when he got to my house. He seemed pissed off the whole time. He asked me what could be wrong with my garage door opener. He ended up fixing after about an hour but I was not impressed and will not use them again.

Over the weekend, one of the springs on my garage door snapped. I called this morning at 10:25. They scheduled me between11am and 1pm. I then received a text indicating Chet would be the serviceman. He pointed out the immediate issues as well as what he recommended for repairs to prolong the life of the springs and opener motor. I never felt pressure or up sold for additional repairs.
