Over the weekend, one of the springs on my garage door snapped. I called this morning at 10:25. They scheduled me between11am and 1pm. I then received a text indicating Chet would be the serviceman. I contacted Precision door to replace a broken torsion spring. Ed responded for the repairs. He pointed out the immediate issues as well as what he recommended for repairs to prolong the life of the springs and opener motor. I never felt pressure or up sold for additional repairs.
